MEETING NOTICE

 

The Town of Mooresville Board of Commissioners will hold an Agenda Briefing beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Mooresville Town Hall located at 413 N. Main Street and will be simultaneously livestreamed.

 

The purpose of these meetings is to provide the Board of Commissioners with an opportunity to address town staff and ask questions regarding agenda items and presentations that will be heard during the Regular Meetings, held on the first and third Mondays of each month. Such items will include presentations, consent agenda items and regular agenda items. In addition, there will be a presentation by Planning Director Erika Martin regarding upcoming Planning items, Assistant Town Manager Ryan Rase will make a presentation regarding 2024 State Legislative Priorities, Water Resources Director Allison Kraft will present a Water Resources Class, and Asset Management Director Chris Wyckoff will make a presentation on the ADA Transition Plan Update and Long-Term Plan. The Monday, April 15, 2024, meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Mooresville Town Hall located at 413 N. Main Street and will be simultaneously livestreamed. The public is invited to attend or view the livestream by visiting mooresvillenc.gov/live.

 

The agenda will consist of Public Comment, Presentations, Consent Agenda items, Regular Agenda items, New Business, and Closed Session. The agenda is be posted here:

Written comments regarding a public hearing must be submitted to the Town Clerk by 5pm on Friday before the scheduled public hearing (4/12/2024)
