AMENDED MEETING NOTICE

The Town of Mooresville Board of Commissioners will hold an Agenda Briefing  beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2024 at Mooresville Town Hall located at 413 N. Main Street and will be simultaneously livestreamed. The purpose of these meetings is to provide the Board of Commissioners with an opportunity to address town staff and ask questions regarding agenda items and presentations that will be heard during the Regular Meetings, held on the first and third Mondays of each month. Such items will include presentations, consent agenda items and regular agenda items. Specifically, there will be a presentation by consultants regarding the Exit 38 Design Alternatives resulting from the Exit 38 Interchange Design Study. Also presenting will be Police Chief Ron Campurciani on IACP/PERF Train-The-Trainer courses.  Immediately following the conclusion of the regular agenda items, the Board will go into closed session to consider personnel items in accordance with G.S. 143-318.11 (a) (6). The Monday, March 4, 2024, meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at Mooresville Town Hall located at 413 N. Main Street and will be simultaneously livestreamed. The agenda will consist of Public Comment, Presentations, Consent Agenda items, Regular Agenda items, New Business, and Closed Session. Written comments will be provided to the Town Board in advance of the meeting.
