Holiday Light Display to Return

The Town of Mooresville is excited to announce the light display is coming back to the Town Hall lawn this week! We know many of you missed them last year, so our IT Department decided about 6 months ago to take over the approximately 26,000 light holiday display! Our IT Department has worked tirelessly to create the display, set up the trees, and get everything ready to go!

The light display will go “live” on Friday, December 8, during A Classic Christmas presented by Lowe’s! The event begins at 5 p.m. in Downtown. You can learn more about the last 150 Signature Event here.

The lights will turn on nightly until January 7, 2024. And there are a couple of rules we ask the public to follow:

-Please do not touch the trees (lights). Doing so may result in injury and, sadly, force us to remove the display. No one wants this!

-Clean up after yourselves. If you bring the family and/or pets to take photos with the light display, we ask that you clean up after yourselves. We don’t want any Grinches to ruin the fun for everyone.
