Utility Billing Office Closed During Annual Christmas Parade

The Town of Mooresville Utility Billing Office will be closed on November 21, 2023, from 2:30-5 p.m. due to the Mooresville Christmas Parade. Payments can still be made through IVR (1-888-598-4076) and online. 

The Utility Billing Office will resume normal business operating hours on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

*Please note: Town Offices, including the Utility Billing Office, are closed Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
