MEETING NOTICE
The Town of Mooresville Board of Commissioners will hold an Agenda Briefing at Mooresville Town Hall located at 413 N. Main Street beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023.
The purpose of these meetings is to provide the Board of Commissioners with an opportunity to address town staff and ask questions regarding agenda items and presentations that will be heard during the Regular Meetings, held on the first and third Mondays of each month. Such items will include public presentations, consent agenda items and regular agenda items.
The public is invited to attend or view the livestream by visiting mooresvillenc.gov/live.
The Monday, October 2, 2023, meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at Mooresville Town Hall located at 413 N. Main Street and will be simultaneously livestreamed. The public is invited to attend or view the livestream by visiting mooresvillenc.gov/live.
The agenda will consist of Public Comment, Presentations, Consent Agenda items, Regular Agenda items, New Business, and Closed Session.

To sign up to speak at the public hearing, or submit a comment please email publiccomment@mooresvillenc.gov
*Please include the title of the hearing for which you would like to register to speak or would like to submit a comment.
Written comments regarding a public hearing must be submitted to the Town Clerk by 5pm on Friday before the scheduled public hearing (9/29/23)
General Public Comments:
A person may submit general public comments (not for specific public hearings) via email by emailing comments to the Town Clerk:
publiccomment@mooresvillenc.gov.
Written comments will be provided to the Town Board in advance of the meeting.
