I acknowledge that I have read and understood the Town of Mooresville Indoor Facility Rental Policy, which is fully incorporated herein by reference, and agree to all other Town of Mooresville rental guidelines and policies and agree to comply with these as stated. I further acknowledge that I am responsible for my group’s compliance with all Town of Mooresville policies, guidelines, and regulations, as well as all applicable local, state, and federal laws. I further understand that failure to comply with such rules and regulations may result in forfeiture of any deposit and an obligation for additional fees. I specifically acknowledge that by renting a Town of Mooresville facility I take full responsibility for the actions and conduct of not only myself but that of my invitees and the attendees at any function held during the rental. I understand that I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Mooresville against all claims as further described in the Indoor Facility Rental Policy.
