Movement with Meaning (Wednesday, January 22 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.).

A low intensity chair class designed to increase your strength, flexibility, and improve your balance. This program is appropriate for all fitness levels, and will take place in the Selma Burke Room, located on the library's main floor.

This program is targeted at adults with special needs/learning disabilities. Come have fun and make new friends while exploring different creative activities. A different activity is offered each month. Attend this month and make alcohol ink art.
