The Facilities Department has added an afterhours number available for emergency calls if a person is unable to enter a Facility Dude request. This number is 704-662-8470 and will connect directly to an on-call member of the staff. This is also a gentle reminder that you do not have to be on the Town intranet to enter a ticket. Simply go to login.facilitydude.com and enter your credentials. Entering a ticket is still preferred, as it will notify multiple people and is very important for record keeping.
