Gov. Cooper issues Executive Order 204, Further Easing COVID-19 Restrictions

During a COVID-19 press briefing on March 23, Gov. Cooper issued Executive Order 204, which increased maximum occupancy limits in a variety of businesses, such as retail shops, museums and sports venues. Additionally, the curfew for alcohol sales has been lifted, and the mass gathering limits have expanded to 50 individuals indoors and 100 people outdoors. The mask mandate remains in place.
