Governor Cooper eases COVID-19 restrictions with Executive Order 195

During the press briefing on February 24, Gov. Roy Cooper issued Executive Order 195, easing some of the restrictions established by previous orders. Cooper cited an improvement of COVID-19 case numbers as the reason behind the move.
