As our community navigates these uncertain times, the Town of Mooresville Utilities Department is still here, working to ensure you have safe, reliable water and sewer service at your home. If you have questions, our Business Officer is available by phone between 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. each business day. Although our building is closed to the public, we are still here making sure your services continue. If you have an emergency after hours, call 704-664-3311 and our on-call staff will respond.
When Governor Cooper issued the Executive Order which prohibits the disconnections of service and assessing of late fees for non-payment of utility bills until at least May 30, the Town had already instituted that practice. Any services that had been disconnected have already been reconnected and late fees waived.
Please understand that all customers will still be responsible for paying for actual water/sewer services used during this time. However, the Governor’s Executive Order allows the Town to provide payment plan options as a way to help customers.
