Chair Stretch and Balance Exercise Class (Wednesday, August 22 from 12:00PM-1:00PM).

Any time of day is a good time for a stretch. During our chair stretch and balance exercise class, we will teach proper stretching techniques while improving flexibility and balance. *Please wear sturdy shoes to this class, which will take place downstairs in the youth services community room.
