Each month preschool children, ages 3-6 years, will have an opportunity to create, discover and learn different concepts using the STEM approach. The Town of Mooresville Stormwater Department will host a special presentation and activity at the library to teach Mooresville's youngest residents about the importance of keeping our waterbodies clean and safe for all!

Rain barrels collect free rainwater to water gardens, trees, and lawns. This saves you money on water bills AND helps reduce pressure on our water treatment plants, limits stormwater runoff and erosion, and saves treated water for use during droughts. Installing a rain barrel is one of the easiest ways to reduce your water footprint and help recharge our rivers, lakes, and aquifers. Carolina Beverage Group is sponsoring this workshop and providing a free rain barrel to those who register. Join the Town of Mooresville Stormwater Division to learn how to assemble your rain barrel and the benefits of having a rain barrel to collect stormwater.
